At Anantwebtics we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. However, please note the following important policy for all orders placed on our website.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products or digital goods purchased through Anantwebtics.
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances through our standard policy.

If you place an order on Anantwebtics, you are agreeing to purchase the item(s) as described at checkout and acknowledge that returns and refunds are not available. Please review product details carefully before buying.
Important: This page describes our store policy. Your local consumer law may provide statutory rights that cannot be waived by a store policy. If your jurisdiction requires returns or refunds for certain defects or conditions, those legal rights remain effective.
Exceptions & Order Problems
While our policy states that returns and refunds are not provided, Anantwebtics is committed to good customer experience. If you receive an order that is:
- physically damaged in transit,
- incorrect (an item different from what you ordered), or
- broken on arrival,
Please contact our support team immediately with photos and order details. We will evaluate each issue individually and may provide a repair, replacement, partial credit, or other remedy at our discretion. Such remedies are not guaranteed and are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products & services
For digital goods (downloads, software, templates, courses) purchased from Anantwebtics, all sales are final. We do not provide returns or refunds for digital products once access or download has been granted.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider should be a last resort. If you start a chargeback, we may be required to provide evidence to the payment provider. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve your issue directly.
